School Schedule

Classes have a staggered arrival times.

TK/K, 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades arrive at 8:05am.  4th & 5th grades arrive at 7:55am.

Classes have staggered departure times.

TK/K are dismissed at 11:50am until 09/30/22.  Then beginning 10/03/22, TK and Kinders begin extended day with a dismissal time of 2:10pm

1st, 2nd & 3rd grades are dismissed at 2:10pm.  4th and 5th grades are dismissed at 2:50pm, except on Tuesdays.  On Tuesdays 4th and 5th grades are dismissed at 2:10pm.  This is a change from our past early dismissal day - Wednesday.

What if...

I need to take my child out early.

Come and sign out your child in the office. The office staff will call the classroom and have your child meet you at the office.

My child will not be at school.

I want to visit a classroom.

Only volunteers that have filled out the Vaccine Status form and have submitted a copy of their vaccine card and photo ID are allowed in the classrooms. 

Always sign-in at the office. In the event of an emergency the office will be able to contact you or know who's on campus.

I need to register my child.

Visit our OLR (online registration) area on the CUSD website.  You will need the following documentation:

  • Birth certificate or passport or Baptismal certificate
  • Immunization record
  • Names and telephone numbers of both parents and friends/relatives who may pick up your child

I need to give a message to my child.

Call the office before lunch to avoid disruption to the class. The office will deliver the message to your child's teacher.

My child is late.

Come in the office to sign your child in and receive a tardy slip to give the teacher.

I want to be a driver on a field trip. 

  1. Fill out Volunteer Driver Form . Español
  2. Bring to Hatch office with a copy of your driver's license and insurance policy declaration page at least two days prior to the field trip.
  3. Your vehicle will need to be inspected the day of the trip.
  4. Do not load students or leave campus until your vehicle has been inspected.
